According to discogs.com, Phantom may refer to the recording name of at least 13 artists, including Dutch DJ Randy Joubert (better known as Randy Katana), the musical 'Phantom' by Yeston and Kopit, or the big beat electronica act known for the oddly-titled "3*9++++", or a US power metal band from '85, or it could be Sacramento, CA native underground gangsta rapper Phantom who was part of the group Triple Beam and released a solo album entitled 'Certifyde' boasting features from many Sacramento rappers.
