About this concert
Found somewhere between the reverb-soaked guitar sounds of The Shadows and the vast, evocative spirit of Sergio Leone’s Spaghetti Westerns, The Slims blend of alt-country has taken the world by storm. After a slew of singles, the band released their debut EP in the summer of 2024, capturing a more refined and explosive sound. The release spent a month in the AMRAP Top 10 Metrocharts and received solid support from community radio and Triple J. Over the course of the year, the band had amassed over one million streams across their catalog, thanks to a growing and dedicated global fanbase. 2025 has seen the release of their Sophomore EP, ’Neon Cowboy’  via Mandatory Music, featuring lead singles ‘Pleasure Club’ and ’Talking in My Sleep’ which in it’s first few months of release has seen well over 1million+ streams globally. Following a sold out mid year mini-tour celebrating the EP, the boys are now taking ’Neon Cowboy’ on the road one last time, stopping by some brand new places - catch them beating down some saloon doors near you!

The Slims Biography

The Slims 2022 release ‘Crooks’ burst onto the scene as a surprise to many with its uncanny blend of Psychedelia and Americana. Found somewhere between the reverb-soaked guitar sounds of The Shadows and the vast, evocative spirit of Sergio Leone's Spaghetti Westerns.

After a slew of singles, the band released their debut EP in the summer of 2024, capturing a more refined and explosive sound. The release spent a month in the AMRAP Top 10 Metro charts and received solid support from community radio and Triple J.

Over the course of the year, they returned with a sold-out EP launch at The Lansdowne Hotel, a slot on the infamous Oxford Art Factory Birthday Party, a residency at The Pleasure Club, as well as a host of supports for notable acts such as GIMMY, Thunder Fox, Radio Free Alice and Sweetie.
