The Guest List

I had first came across these young lads at Kendal Calling in 2024 on a tiny stage in the woodland area. I stopped and watched the whole performance. I instantly connected to their sound which has a very warm, northern tone, with lyrics delivered with honesty and vulnerability. Very well crafted songs and performed with talented musicians. Second performance on the much bigger parklands stage at kendal calling. I was looking out for them this time, on my "not to be missed list". Much bigger sound, more polished but didn't loose that freshness you get from young bands. Brilliant gig, couldn't fault the music or delivery. I would say this though. A little bit of crowd interaction goes a long way! But I guess this will come with time and confidence. I see a lot of bands and I can honestly say, these lads are destined for great things. It would not surprise me if they reach main stage Kendal Calling very soon. I'll be seeing you at the Cluny in Newcastle for sure in November. Brilliant!
