AlascA

AlascA is an underground folk-rock band from the Netherlands. Their critically acclaimed 2012 debut album, Actors & Liars, which was produced by Alan Branch, peaked at number nine in the Dutch charts the week after its release. Sophomore effort Prospero followed in 2015, and showed a diversified sound, taking influence from spaghetti westerns, mariachi, and obscure country. The group referred to this album's sound as "European Country." The band's third record is scheduled for release 12 October 2018 and showcases a more grungy approach. ~ James Christopher Monger, Rovi
