Having gone to at least 20 concerts in the last year, nearly all metal/rock, Thornhill's keeps standing out to me multiple months later.
Vocals almost always sound worse live but this band is an exception. Very few can deliver ethereal and almost transcendent feeling smooth vocals alongside heavy riffs and mathematical drum/guitar work but they deliver.
Having come into the concert as a casual fan not expecting too much, I left incredibly satisfied and will be attending every show of theirs I get the chance to in the future.
