About this concert
This is a show has a general admission standing room floor with fully reserved assigned seating balconies. All ages welcome. Box Office Open at 6pm. Doors at 7pm. Show at 8pm. Please be aware our balconies are not ADA accessible. All accommodations are located on the main floor level. There is no elevator in the building. Please ask event staff for any ADA assistance upon arrival. Guests who have purchased ADA tickets may request assistance from event staff upon arrival. To be honest, I bought tickets without knowing much about the band except that they are a jam band. They blew me away. Normally, a show at the Surf is not really long. They played for 3 hours. The light show was amazing. The best I have ever seen. The band plays flawlessly the entire show. They made it look easy. At first, I was really enjoying the lead guitarist because he was great. It looked like he was doing all the work, but the more I watched the very calm and subtle play from the lead singer, I realized how wrong I was. The whole band was amazing. I can't wait to see them again. Go see them!!

Umphrey's McGee Biography
The music of Umphrey’s McGee unfolds like an unpredictable conversation between longtime friends. Its six participants—Brendan Bayliss [guitar, vocals], Jake Cinninger [guitar, vocals], Joel Cummins [keyboards, piano, vocals], Andy Farag [percussion], and Ryan Stasik [bass]—know just how to communicate with each other on stage and in the studio. A call of progressive guitar wizardry might elicit a response of soft acoustic balladry, or a funk groove could be answered by explosive percussion. At any moment, heavy guitars can give way to heavier blues as the boys uncover the elusive nexus between jaw-dropping instrumental virtuosity and airtight songcraft.
