Gorilla Tuesday Biography

Gorilla Tuesday is a Chicago Indie Rock band, featuring songwriter Jimmy Brown, with guitarist Matt Shack, Drummer Mick Smith, and bassist Steve Trifilio. Since May 2023, the band has produced songs running the gamut from indie pop to folk rock. Their spirited acoustic rhythms combine with heavy electric solos to create engaging takes on each genre the band dips into. Their latest single, In The Month of May, released 5/6/25.
