Jowell & Randy Biography
Jowell Y Randy (Real names Joel A. Muñoz & Randy A. Ortiz Acevedo) are a reggaeton duo from Puerto Rico, popular in Latin America and steadily gaining recognition world wide. Jowell from Massachusetts and Randy from San Juan, PR both started recording alone in the late 90's and met in 2000 through a shared record producer then began recording together soon after.
