Ray and Paul's tour

About Ray and Paul

Ray and Paul are brothers from the San Francisco Bay Area who started their band when they were just 17 and 13.
They broke onto the scene in 2019 with their debut single “Mystery”, written by Ray at seventeen. The track made waves in the Bay Area and caught the attention of several Spotify Editorial Playlists. That early momentum led to their self-titled debut album and a sync placement for the song “Butterflies” in HBO’s The Sex Lives of College Girls.
When the brothers moved to Santa Barbara for college, their sound soaked up the raw, carefree energy of the Surf and Garage Rock scenes. Gigging around Isla Vista and connecting with the local DIY community helped them sharpen their live show. In October 2023, they released “Pelican”, which remains their top track on Spotify. Its follow-up, “Blue”, added heavier guitars and their trademark vocal melodies, becoming a staple of their electric live performances.
In 2025, they launched their own label, Desert Lady Records, with AWAL. That same year, they toured with bands like Sun Room and The Moss, and hit festivals including SXSW and Treefort. Their live lineup also features longtime collaborators Aidan Reese (guitar) and Mac Bihn (bass).
After dropping three singles in 2025 — “Tell Me,” “Scars,” and “Alright” — the band is gearing up to release their highly anticipated Fading EP on September 10, featuring six tracks. The release will be supported by The Fading Tour, with headlining dates across California, before joining Australian band Dice as support on their U.S. tour.
