About this concert
Richie Kotzen + John 5 perform live with special guest Vern Daysel and The Burning Breeze. Two of the world's leading guitarists, one co-headline tour. Richie Kotzen has always been on a clear, laser-focused mission as an artist. While he is rightfully acknowledged worldwide for being a stellar guitar player, an emotive singer, and, frankly, a balls-out dynamic live performer to boot, Kotzen is quite aware he must maintain an ever-vigilant eye on ensuring one particularly important creative arrow in his artistic quiver continues to be properly nurtured — and that is his songwriting. Kotzen is an avowed, inveterate solo artist with over 23 albums released to date under his own name including Nomad in September 2024. In addition, he was the guitarist for Poison and Mr. Big, his ongoing role as the frontman and primary writer of The Winery Dogs and current partnership with Iron Maiden guitarist/backing vocalist Adrian Smith with the Smith/Kotzen project. For over 30 years, John 5 has been one of the most in-demand guitar players on the planet. As well as a guitarist for hire, 5 has shared the stage as axe-man for Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson and Rob Halford. He has also worked with an impressive array of names, from all walks of music, including KD Lang, Rod Stewart, David Lee Roth, Alice Cooper, Tina Guo and Steven Adler. He was last seen as live guitarist for Mötley Crüe on their 2023 tour dates following the retirement of Mick Mars from touring. John 5’s solo career turned out not to be a flash in the pan, and he has now released 9 studio albums, a live album and a remix album. To call John 5 a shredder does not do him justice. There’s little he can’t put his hand to.

Vern Daysel Biography

“With more hooks than a church cloak room, the songwriting is top notch in its simplicity and Daysel’s execution, both vocally and on the six-string, is delicious and exemplary.” – Get Ready to Rock Having just released his second album, ‘Blood of a Wolf’, the follow-up to 2016’s debut offering, ‘Shootin’ The Breeze’, Daysel has proven that his music should be mentioned alongside some of the top names in the world of Rock n Roll. After more than decade of playing countless live shows, running bands, putting on Kiss and classic rock tribute shows to being a hired gun for chart topping artists and international stars, he kicked off his solo career in 2014 travelling all over the country with an acoustic guitar and a small PA system forging his own path. Working as a true DIY musician he has built his brand from the ground up, playing over 150 shows per year, from a small town bar in the middle of nowhere to some of the biggest biker events in Africa. Vern`s debut album “Shootin` the Breeze” put his music on the map with being featured in Classic Rock Magazine (UK), local TV shows, music blogs, gaining radio airplay in the US, Europe and South Africa as well as signing a European distribution deal with Lions Pride Music. Just like the first album, Daysel wrote, recorded, produced and played all the instruments (except for bass) on the new album. With Blood of a Wolf, Daysel has delivered his best work to date, creating a ten song album without any fillers that take you on a journey to what his music is all about. Anyone who loves the southern rocking blues of bands like Blackberry Smoke, Lynyrd Skynyrd, CCR and Aerosmith, is going to want to get their hands on “Blood of a Wolf” "Bone-rattling blues-inflected southern rock that’s insanely intense!.." https://twitter.com/verndaysel
