Petr Špaček

Hi, My name is Petr Špaček... the one from the Prague Cello Quartet and yes, Josef Špaček is my violin brother. I have been searching many years playing cello for what my heart burns for, and could not seem to find it. Throughout my life, I have been considering quitting playing cello completely despite a very promising career with the Prague Cello Quartet. However, I have found that thing that nearly electrifies me...that thing where my mind is becoming so caught up in creativity of cello possibilities that 2 hours of practicing seems only like 10 minutes...It is that when I can be creative, when I can take my ideas and turn them into a reality in just a couple of minutes, when I can think unlimited...that is when I come so alive... and all that I can make through my new solo-looper project...And what music do I actually do? I enjoy playing popular and christian worship music as well as classical or jazz...And currently I am taking voice lessons getting ready to sing along playing cello...Therefore, I hope to see you at one of my concerts.
