Preethevibes

New York City based Afro-Dancehall group ‘Preethevibes’ officially formed in 2017 after high school band mates PARA, MILIO, Jus-Q & KNGLVN spent several years defining their signature Afro-Dancehall sound across open mics and cyphers in NYC. Working alongside world renowned vocal coach Craig Derry (vocal coach for Katy Perry, Alicia Keys, Missy Elliot) Preethevibes refined their skills and burst onto the scene in 2020 with their debut single ‘Get Down’, produced by Jonathan Mudiayi.

Their follow-up Pop-influenced single 'New Day', featuring vocalist Courtney Grace, embodies Preethevibes' ability to fuse their Dancehall style into elaborate story telling.

Releasing a power-house trio of singles over the course of 2021, Preethevibes have cemented themselves as ones to watch across a plethora of genres with their unique flavour of Afrobeats-Dancehall fusion, Pop, and Island-Trap (a blend of Hip-Hop's trap sound with the group's Reggae influence) appealing to audiences across the globe.
