It was literally amazing. I don’t play any instruments but I really enjoy movie soundtracks and this was a treat to my soul. Even if you’re sitting far away as I was, prepare to be drawn away to another world. The soloing instruments are insane and these aren’t just players, they’re performers. They dance and interact with the other characters. Even for movies I hadn’t seen like Driving Ms Daisy and Sherlock I was still engulfed in a world of sound. Discombobulate KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF. That was the only song besides the last one to get a standing ovation. 10/10

The World of Hans Zimmer Biography
“The World of Hans Zimmer – A Symphonic Celebration” is a unique opportunity to introduce orchestral music to a new generation, and to preserve the orchestral culture and present it in a less elite world. The audience will have the chance to delve into the thrilling “World of Hans Zimmer” and all its multilayered facets.
Hans Zimmer is curator and musical director of the show, and although he isn’t performing himself has invited several renowned soloists from his talent factory to take part in the tour. They include “Pirates of the Caribbean” flautist Pedro Eustache, and Lisa Gerrard – the voice of Hans Zimmer who’s been known worldwide since the “Gladiator” anthem “Now We Are Free”. Under the direction of Gavin Greenaway – the soundtrack conductor Hans Zimmer says he trusts more than he trusts himself – the symphony orchestra delivers an intense and unforgettable concert experience.
