Crustacean Station Biography
We are a group made up of three Cardiff University students and a Cardiffian native. Originally thought up by the vocalist when they went on a night out, the name came before everything. Deciding that a crab-themed band would be funny and that "Crustacean Station" was a good enough name for a band, they messaged the guitarist and asked if they wanted to be in a crab-themed band - unknowingly on the guitarist's birthday. From there, they looped in their friend, Will, to play the bass. Then put up recruitment posters around Cardiff University buildings, claiming to be an already established band who simply needed new members, finally able to land their friend Palesa to play drums. From then on, they have been the crab band - the frontman dressed in a crab costume and under the blazing heat of the stage lights.
