Jason Ross

Jason Ross describes his unique sound as Americana fused with rock and country. Proving it's never too late, he debuted this first song, Southern Belles and Cocktails at the age of 47. Born with a chip on his shoulder and growing up in Sombra, Ontario, he owes his love of music to his parents for filling the home with everything from Elvis, to Marty Robbins and Alan Jackson and everything in-between.

Jason started playing guitar at age 17 and then fell in love with the drums. After a 25 year detour into the corporate world he dove in head-first into song writing during the pandemic and released 11 singles in 2 years. His latest, The Last Time is a powerful track detailing the struggles of staying in a toxic relationship while trying to find the courage and strength to walk away.

Jason is a multi-instrumentalist who writes, performs and records all instruments on all of his songs. He also produces, mixes and masters his own works and for his previous rock band, Clever Weapon through Clever Dood Productions and Rawk Studios.

As of 2025, Jason is currently in the studio recording 10 songs for his first full length album which is heavily influenced by Keith Urban, The Eagles, and modern Americana, Country-rock with pop sensibility and gigantic harmonies.
