About this concert
Join us at The Bunker Performance Lounge & Cafe for a high-energy Saturday night stacked with powerful performances and original sounds.
Kicking off the night is Elyse Aeryn, Music Nova Scotia’s 2024 Entertainer of the Year. With a sound that blends alt-rock energy and pop appeal, Elyse has built a fast-growing fan base, shared stages with Canadian icons, and earned accolades for her 2023 debut Joy State of Mind. Her follow-up album drops this fall—catch her now while she’s still on the rise.
Stratford’s own Contain the Dogs brings a fresh take on the 90s alt-rock spirit, blending explosive anthems with moody ballads. With the recent release of their debut singles Rug and Marquee, their set promises dynamic shifts and plenty of raw emotion.
Javelin follows with a gritty, DIY ethos and a years-deep musical bond. The band’s debut album TELEFUNKER was entirely self-produced—recorded in basements and bedrooms, mixed in-house, and polished by mastering engineer Siegfried Meier. From stripped-down recording setups to hand-drawn album art, this band’s story is as real as the music they make.
Grab your advance tickets, come early for cocktails, and experience three distinct acts sharing one explosive night of rock at The Bunker.

Elyse Aeryn Biography
Fusing a singer-songwriter’s empathy with memorable melodies for high energy, evocative songs, Elyse Aeryn is picking up speed with her own brand of rock and roll. Her potent live show is an unforgettable experience that connects and thrills in equal measure. After leaving behind a career as an engineer to follow her calling as an artist, Aeryn has since shared Canadian stages with icons like Blue Rodeo, Amanda Marshall, and Matt Anderson. Her 2023 debut Joy State of Mind—eight tracks of resilience, rebirth, and just a bit of revenge—scored an East Coast Music Award nomination and was awarded Country Recording of the Year by Music Nova Scotia. In 2024, she was crowned a JUNO Wavemaker and released the dark and dreamy single “Cowboy,” continuing her steady ascent in the Canadian music scene.
