Zaan Sonnekus show at Stoetbul was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed it extremely. Zaan's showmanship and audience engagement are truly exceptional, and his live performances take his songs to an entirely new level.
Stoetbul does these live shows extremely well. The sound is perfect, not too loud, and they listen to the supporters' suggestions.
I don't even want to say worth the effort because it's not effort. It's a pleasure.

Zaan Sonnekus Biography
Zaan Sonnekus is 'n Suid-Afrikaanse musikant, liedjieskrywer en sanger van Bloemfontein, in die Vrystaat, wat tans in Pretoria woon. Hy het sy eerste kitaar vir sy 10de verjaarsdag ontvang en dis vandaar dat sy obsessie met musiek begin het. Zaan kom uit 'n kunstige familie en sy ouers het hom altyd aangemoedig om te doen waarvoor hy lief is. Sy ma het Zaan geinspireer om aan sy vaardighede as liedskrywer te werk. Hoewel hy homself as 'n gelukkige siel sien, erken Zaan dat die skryf van liedjies sy uitlaat klep is, om seer te verwoord en te hanteer.
