Darshan Jesrani

Since he settled in New York City in the late 90s Darshan Jesrani has championed the spacey and soulful sound for which he is now known. His current work as SIREN with partner Dennis Kane has earned them high praise and , and demonstrates creative potential beyond the narrow boundaries of dance music’s habits.

Darshan’s solo outings under his own name on Chit Chat and Imogen Recordings continue his signature vibe, and his seminal Metro Area project (with partner Morgan Geist) has left an indelible mark upon the dance music landscape.

Over the past 15 years he has established himself as a touring DJ and musician, having played the likes of Sónar, Panorama Bar, Fabric, Dekmantel, Garden Festival, Rainbow Disco Club, Space and hundreds of others. As a party DJ he is known to freely mix his favorite dance music of the past four decades to joyous effect.
