Sidders

Raised between London and Brighton, Sidders personifies free form. His 2019 debut EP ‘About Time’ was recorded from his bedroom walls and showcases the mixture of lyricism and vocal fluidity that have drawn similarities between Sampha and Loyle Carner. This project and ‘Ameroux’ stand as examples of how the vocalist can adapt to the energies of the instrumental, which comes naturally to someone raised on The Fugees, John Martyn and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Over the last 18 months, he has been locked away working with the likes Mack Jamieson, MathsTimesJoy, Joe Hertz, Fred Cox and Charlie Perry. With new music ready to go Sidders is one to watch in 2022.
