LEADFEATHER Biography

Formed in 2024 by guitarist Simon Hurts, Leadfeather is a high energy heavy rock band from London, UK. Known for their electrifying live performances and powerful lyrics, the band draws influence from the late ‘60s and ‘ 70s blues and rock sound, while creating a unique and distinctive sound that resonates with both rock purists and new fans alike. Even if a relatively new band, they managed to create a loyal following. Their ep “Roll The Dice” is a powerful and passionate journey through love, loss and rebellion, out everywhere in 2025.

Plenty of swagger, lashings of sway, all delivered with a 'devil-may-care' cool!

Scott Brett -

Their debut single "Roll The Dice" has been chosen as "Track of the week" by Classic Rock magazine, alongside the other songs of the ep which drawn attention worlwide, generating thousands of streams and views.

The quality is there, the musicians have great chops, the songs are up to muster and if this is just the first salvo I can see great things coming over the hill.

Mark Diggins - The Rockpit

2025 will be a live-intense year for Leadfeather, seeing them playing all over the UK taking part in many festivals as well as sharing the stage with bands like "Tygers Of Pan Tang,

Just switch off and immerse yourself in the powerful chords and precise notes of Simon Hurts, lose yourself in the emotional cries from Apostolos and you will love this band forever.

Diane Davies - MMH Radio
