5 Degrees North are a young three-piece alternative rock band making waves with their powerful sound and infectious live energy.
Combining rock with melodic hooks and catchy riffs, the band have quickly established themselves as one of the most exciting rock acts to emerge from the Isle of Wight.
5 Degrees North draw inspiration from a wide range of rock influences, blending catchy guitar riffs, funky bass and driving rhythms into a signature sound that resonates with listeners both live and in the studio.
Over the past three years, the band has honed their craft on the festival circuit and at headline shows on the Isle of Wight and Southampton, building a loyal fanbase with electrifying performances.
5 Degrees North have played multiple venues and small festivals across the Isle and South Coast. They were finalists at Wight Noize 2024, which is a competition to win a spot on the main stage at Isle of Wight Festival. They performed on the Platform One Stage at Isle of Wight Festival 2024.
The band are currently shortlisted for Indie/Rock/Alternative Band of the Year at the upcoming Portsmouth Music Awards.
