The Red Clay Strays

They were fantastic. Great sound and beautiful venue. Wish seats had a back, but that wasn't a deal breaker. entry was easy with quick bag check and electronic ticket. many drink options. We found parking 1 hour prior on street near venue. Easier to leave after show as the parking lots were backed up as we walked past. Highly recommend the Red Clay Strays and Jacobs Pavilion.

There are really no words for the experience we had at the show. Despite the heat and traffic, the concert and each artist was so incredibly entertaining! I have a heart full of pride for these guys. I sensed the same in their performances. They are humble and grateful for the support and excitement that their followers bring with them. Not a single bit of disappointment for the night. The Wharf could adjust traffic flows for exiting and perhaps add giant fans to circulate air.

Such an awesome concert. The RCS band was chops on! VIP experience was great, but given their rise in fame I am not sure how much longer they will continue. Could have done without the warm up band though.They were dull and boring in comparison to the energy and delivery by RCS. They should just perform on their own. They do not need holding up in any way.

The show was amazing. opener Brent Cobb was also amazing. How a single person can captivate an audience so well it is mind boggling. When The Red Clay Strays came out it was pure joy. They had the room all as one. Nobody cared about anything other than great music and lyrics with deep meaning. Sounds just as good in person as they do on Vinyl, Spotify, Youtube etc. Was very impressed. Would gladly see again but with how big they are taking off I fear ticket prices will probably be out of reach within the coming months. Get to see this amazing band before its to pricey! Incredibly talented group. Want so badly to give 5 stars however there was very little crowd interaction. I should mention that the crowd was semi-disorderly so I don't fully blame the band for not making the effort. However for myself and my group who are dedicated fans and made a 5 hour trip to see them, that little bit extra means a lot to some of us. Would happily see them again!

How lucky was Vancouver to have The Red Clay Strays come to our city not one, but two nights, the first city to play on their first time to Canada! Five stars out of five without doubt. The guys were happy to be here, ready to play for us and that they did! I think they were in tip top shape on every level; top notch muscianship, energy, crowd reception, fan interaction and everything positive and beautiful. We LOVED them and the love was returned. I've gone to a cazillion shows at The Commodore and this was without question in my top 5 shows. My only complaint would be the reality that it ended. Feeling so grateful for these guys, they just do music justice and do it right. The show was GREAT. The Red Clay Strays was one of the best shows I've seen, and I have seen a lot of concerts in my rime. . The problem is TICKETMASTER. you can't purchase a reasonable priced ticket to the shows any longer at Choctaw. I paid $400 for a ticket to see them. Everything on the whole site was verified resale the same day the tickets went on sale. Choctaw needs to find another ticketing agency...

Artist, amazing! Absolutely love Red Clay Strays . The voice, sound it’s one of those bands you can put one of their records on and play it over and over again. House of Blues Anaheim, we used to love this place but last night it was over packed, couldn’t go get drinks or use restroom. Just wall to wall people not enjoyable at all. And too long of intermission between Tanner and RCS. We will probably not return to HOB but definitely see RCS again !

Show was amazing, venue is great, if you are in the balcony. I am not of the correct disposition to stand shoulder to shoulder with a thousand other people in general admission. This show was sold out and it was packed down there. The energy was amazing, and I was very surprised how many people at a Philadelphia show knew the words to so many songs. On at least a half dozen songs in the set, I could hear the crowd out singing the band and it was awesome. I finally got to see these guys live, and it was such a blast. Staff was friendly enough, good selection of drinks, of course the high prices of a city concert venue. Parking was an absolute terror, but anything in the city sucks for parking. My only complaint with the venue is for the parking pass I paid for, the lots were difficult to get to and I would have liked better directions on their web site than just a street address. Once you get down in Fishtown among the buildings and under the highway bridges, the GPS starts to get wonky. Small complaint though, great time and my first but certainly not my last trip to the Fillmore.

The music of RCS’s is OUTSTANDING, 5/5 stars! My 3/5 rating is due me feeling jipped. They only played for an hour, no encore, negligible interaction with the excited crowd that was singing along with every song. They came, they played, were adored by the crowd and were like peace-out by 60 min, lights on game over. Was my first time at Val Air, maybe they only book abbreviated shows? For me, I was just blissfully loving it, anticipating more of their Songs, when they were suddenly done and the lights came on,

First the Artist: GREAT show!! Now I can see why MANY of their shows are Sold Out!! Very clean sound. [This is compliments to their Sound Techs too!] All the musicians sounded fantastic! The drummer was off his chain! Haaaa. LOT of crowd participation. At a few points, Brandon would stop signing little snip-its of a few songs & the audience would gladly fill in & it was perfect timing on his part! Heck, you could have closed your eyes & you'd think you're listening to their LP in your living room! Yes, they sounded that clean & this is rare at a live event! Really like how Brandon had introduced everyone on stage AND including their sound people & managers. In my 30+ years of attending shows, I have never seen a band introduce their people working the mixing boards & their management! What I thought was odd, after EVERY song, Brandon Coleman [Lead Singer] had to adjust his guitar. Sure this had to do with the tuning of said upcoming song, but it did call for minutes of just silence after every song. Well, you had your occasional yelling from the crowd :) Felt bad for one of the guitarist, because he kept having difficulties with his cordless pack & the guitar tech kept having to come out there, but that's what makes a live show, Live! As for the venue: This, honestly, isn't a fan favorite of mine mainly because of the '21 & over metal barrier' that separates the under/over crowds. IF by chance there were to be a LOT of pushing/moshing [yes, I know...Not at this particular show], people are going to get hurt! And I never understand why concert venues funnel everyone out 1 exit, when there are multiple ones?! Maybe staffing? I don't know. Lastly, IF you're one of those people that are on the fence of deciding if you want to see them or not...I would say...GO! DON'T hesitate & this is coming from a guy that his wheelhouse is Heavy Metal! Their shows are Sold out for a reason!

I am a huge fan of music and cool venues and I listen to a lot and have been to many different venues. Up until last night, my all time favorite concert was two years ago, Zach Bryan at Jacob's Pavilion in Cleveland, Ohio, but last night, oh my word....The Red Clay Strays at the Bluestone in Columbus....there are just no words to do the venue nor the band and the fans justice. What an amazing venue and absolutely one of the finest talents I have personally witnessed in my short 57 years on this earth. I look forward to my next TRCS Show....I pray your journey is as blessed as the blessing we received from you.

My grown kids would not let me go, said I could not stand that long, all that was available. So they went and said best concert ever. Sorry I missed it. But I made them get me a t shirt but they didn’t get it signed like I requested. Oh yes, I stayed home with the grandkids. Maybe next time guys, but a 71 year needs to sit down some. Sorry I missed it.

I think the venue could have been better equipped and things could have been smoother. For instance it was pouring down rain but no matter the weather they should have had lines made with ropes (amusement park) so we could have made lines under what covering they did have. I was not VIP but you would think they would have tents for them to stand under instead of the pouring rain or weather conditions. And inside the venue they should have bigger fans and actually turn them on to circulate the air. The drinks and merch table were all close together so the lines were wrapped around and very confusing on what you were in line for. OKKKK for the RED CLAY STRAYS!!! OMG they are the best. So mesmerizing to watch. We loved the whole vibe. They brought you to church and then back to a honkytonk. We are officially groupies and cant wait to see them at the Ryman.

The Red Clay Strays are AWESOME in any venue honestly, but the Druid Music City Hall was a perfect location for a smaller scale show, and offers a very intimate feel with any artists. The "Way Too Long" tour for the Red Clay Strays has just kicked off, and they have a wide variety of locations across the country to see their shows in both large and small venues. The Druid City Music Hall has a very clean facility, the bar staff and organizers were great and the security was SUPERB! I would happily attend another event there, and HOPE that The Red Clay Strays come back next year for another SOLD OUT show! Thank you, Downtown Cindy Brown

RCS is an awesome Band! The & opening act was Sam Morrow & they both put on a great show. RCS played well over 2 hours. The Last Concert Cafe is a good venue, and convenient to get in/out of (even with construction near). Tacos a Go-Go had a taco stand there (yummy.) Great service from the staff at the Last Concert Cafe. The Valet service was great too, but the lot is small so get there early if you are going to Uber. I can't wait to see RCS & Sam Morrow again. We will gladly return to see great music at this place.

The show was Absolutely amazing The Red Clay Strays are ready to explode. The venue was a little disorganized to be honest and the box office Gal was not friendly at all she alone would make me consider going to watch a band at a different venue . The audience was the quietest I’ve ever heard at a show.. overall I was there for the Band and they were FANTASTIC

WOW! Coming from Red Rocks to the Morganton Town Festival must have been pretty wild for the Strays but boy were we lucky. Amazing sound mix, just about all of their currents songs and then plenty of new ones as well. A lot of spirituality can be felt at the heart of their music and words. Talking with first timers while leaving is always so cool. Minds are blown at their talent! Can't wait to see you guys in Charlotte or Asheville soon! Cheers, RF

My wife and I have been following the Red Clay Strays for about 3 years and 7 shows. Its great to see them continue growing. They picked up a few more Fans from the Berrien area! They brought it as always then they sat out and enjoyed Craig Morgan. Two more shows in Michigan hope to see the entire set, some Piano and somemore entertainment from John on the drums. Love that dudes energy!
