Joe DeVito is a singer/ songwriter from New York. In his songwriting he strives to merge elements of the American folk tradition with modern themes. Influenced by the grit of songwriters like Woody Guthrie and the swagger of bluesmen like Big Bill Broonzy, he hopes to make the folk tradition more accessible to the audiences of today.
