Concert was great. Need to work on VIP experience. Standing outside in the heat doors not opened on time; literally 2 seconds with Dylan Scott; then waiting for an hour without ability to by drinks or food. Food and drink should be open at VIP time at least inside Ballroom. Everyone was extremely thirsty…heat from outdoors.
I’d also include what is in the VIP merch; very disappointed it is not a T-shirt. I know it’s a third party but you should ask as the main company.
