About this concert
Emma Hatton’s soaring voice and transformative abilities have seen her star in the West End as Elphaba in Wicked, Eva Peron in Evita and Grizabella in Cats. She’s as comfortable singing blues as she is soul, jazz and country, joining the world famous musical collective PostModern Jukebox as a lead vocalist and supporting Jools Holland on his UK tour, opening for him at The Royal Albert Hall. She has released two critically acclaimed EP's, 'Merry Christmas, Darling x' and 'Thirty Three and a Third' both of which went straight to Number 1 on the iTunes Jazz and Blues chart. This evening, joined by her quintet, Emma presents ‘Something To Talk About’ a lovingly curated celebration of the music and 50-plus year career of singer-songwriter Bonnie Raitt. "A pint-sized powerhouse. She has grit, she has growl and her voice has the most amazing dynamics...she has that ability to send a genuine shiver down your spine.” Headliner Magazine
