Sa-Roc is one of the greatest emcees of a generation. I saw people at the beer fest uninterested in the acts performing, Midway through her set, Sa-Roc got their attention and made all ages, races, and genders enjoy and experience the power of real Hip-Hop. She and Sol Messiah are DMV titans and deserve all the flowers. People were in awe again saying, "Why don't we hear more of this!?"

Sa-Roc Biography
Sa-Roc has carved out her own lane through a combination of airtight wordplay and intelligent concepts. Over the course of her illustrious career, she’s released a series of independent releases, performed alongside the likes of Talib Kweli, Dead Prez and Atmosphere, and she’s one of the few MC’s to perform regularly as a feature artist with The Roots, all around the country. She landed an underground hit in 2014 with “The Who?” featuring David Banner, before signing to Rhymesayers Entertainment and touring with label-mate Brother Ali. Then she made waves in February 2018 with the release of her single, “Forever” (5.5M+ streams), before releasing the charged follow-up single, “Goddess Gang” (1.2M+ streams) in October. A voice Okayplayer.com proclaimed “one of the most formidable microphone mavens in the game,” Sa-Roc is preparing to release her Rhymesayers Entertainment full-length debut in the Summer of 2020.
