Entre Trópicos and SO36 present: Isla de Caras is an Argentinian band that has emerged as one of the most distinctive voices in the new wave of Latin American pop. Founded in Buenos Aires in 2017 by musician and producer Lautaro Cura, the project blends indie pop, soft psychedelia, and R&B into a warm, hypnotic soundscape that invites both reflection and movement. Following the success of "Chango" (2018), "Una Caricia" (2021) and "Gran Turismo" (2023), Isla de Caras returns in 2025 with a brand-new album "Líneas Generales" that marks a bold step forward in their sonic journey. Known for their lush arrangements, analog synth textures, and poetic songwriting, the band continues to expand the boundaries of contemporary Spanish-language pop.
