What a wonderful way to end the week. Devin delivered his signature guitar picking and down-home crooning with the casual ease we've come to expect. There is an intimacy to the Honeymoon that Devin knows how to exploit better than most. Here he always seems to be playing just for you. The performance was enhanced by a young woman who complimented his style seamlessly. (I'm SO sorry I didn't catch her name!) If you haven't seen Devin Champlin perform, do yourself a favor and check him out.

Devin Champlin Biography
Devin Champlin writes songs that stick in your head and settle in your heart. His recordings, solo and as the songwriter/frontman for Sons Of Rainier have found their way into the permanent library of hobos, widows, fry cooks, and fancy pants alike. Lyrics filled with optimistic existentialism are sung with a wavering baritone over ace fingerpicking guitar. He's got one foot rooted in traditional American music styles that he loves, and the other foot in the clouds.
