The Others Biography

Formed in the dirty backstreets of Rome in 1989 from the ashes of The Sidewalkers, and not seen since 2002, The Others have recently come back because they saw how desperately we were in need of another dose of real fuzzy, organ driven, pounding garage beat. Massimo, singer and guitarrist of the group, runs the Misty Lane and Teen sound record labels and fanzine, and organised the Expo2000 festival with the Chocolate Watchband and many other excellent bands. These elder statesmen of garage have recorded with Rudi Protrudi of the Fuzztones and Craig Moore of 60s legends Gonn, and their USA/Canada Tour saw The Others performing with many great bands such as ? & The Mysterians, Gonn, Fleshtones (they even opened for The Others at Atlanta’s Fuzzfest!). If you love fuzz, freakbeat, nuggets, pebbles and all the rest of that great stuff, you'll love THE OTHERS!
