Am 28. Mai 2025 holt AIXcellent Gigs zum P:O:E Spring Break Festival ins Autonome Zentrum Aachen – ein Abend, der Metal in seinen unterschiedlichsten Formen zelebriert: hart, ehrlich und ohne Kompromisse.
Kozoria aus Frankreich haben mit ihrem Debütalbum The Source (2024) mächtig Eindruck hinterlassen. Ihr Sound kombiniert schwere Riffs mit orchestralen Elementen und stimmlicher Bandbreite. Das britische Magazin Ever Metal vergab starke 9,5 von 10 Punkten – zurecht.
Thy Kingdom Will Burn aus Finnland bringen melodischen Death Metal, der auf Atmosphäre und Struktur setzt. Ihr drittes Album The Loss and Redemption (2025) wurde von Sonic Perspectives für seine Klarheit und Tiefe gelobt – live ein massives Brett.
Oneiric, seit Jahren in der Aachener Szene aktiv, liefern technisch präzisen Metal mit Thrash-Einflüssen und viel Energie. Wer sie kennt, weiß: Das ist keine Nebenbei-Band.
Caught In A Mirror aus Hemer eröffnen den Abend mit druckvollem Metalcore – klarer Fokus, starke Präsenz, kein unnötiger Ballast. Seit 2016 stehen sie für ehrlichen Sound mit Punch.

Kozoria Biography
Kozoria’s signature sound is built on crushing riffs, a massive wall of choirs and a blend of melodic and guttural singing.
The French quartet’s style stands at the crossroads between Gojira’s aggressive intensity and Devin Townsend’s eclectic music, with deep roots in thrash and death metal along with a progressive and modern touch.
In its upcoming debut album to be released in October 2024, Kozoria captured a dark and visceral energy.
Kozoria signed a deal with Swedish label Black Lion Records for the release of its debut album.
Kozoria was selected to contest in the final round of Wacken Metal Battle to represent France at Wacken Open Air for 2023.
Live performances of Kozoria are intense, dynamic and interactive. Kozoria has a serious experience of stage and professional environment, playing in concert halls and festivals across France (Keudfest, Normandy Metal Fest, Metal Story, Rock’n’Live, etc.) and alongside renowned bands such as Kadinja (FRA), Havamal (SWE) and Molybaron (FRA).
The band is eager to tour across Europe with a new show!
