BÁRA ZMEKOVÁ & band (CZ)
Bára Zmeková je oceňovaná písničkářka a skladatelka, která se nebojí experimentu a objevování nových hudebních prostorů a spoluprací. Ve svých písních umí strhnout nezaměnitelným projevem, svébytnou hrou na piano i hloubkou svých textů. Posluchači její koncerty označují jako “soul trip” nebo “poezii v hudbě” a zaznělo také “ještě nikdy jsem se takhle nesjel hudbou.”
Na své debutové album Ještě kousek (2013) navázala kritiky uznávanou a oceňovanou deskou Lunaves (2019, Tranzistor label), za níž získala dvě nominace na hudební ceny Anděl. V roce 2022 vyšla její živá nahrávka z legendárního pódia festivalu Colours of Ostrava pod názvem Live at Gong a nyní spolu s kapelou koncertuje se svou čerstvou hudební novinkou, albem Jediný na světě, které vyšlo na jaře 2024 u labelu Tranzistor. Přijďte si Báru s kapelou poslechnout těsně předtím, než vyrazí koncertovat na Expo 2025 a navazující japonské tour!
HAYDEN ARP & band (USA/VIE)
Hayden Arp je rakousko-americký písničkář žijící ve Vídni, známý svou podmanivou pódiovou energií a jedinečným lyrickým i melodickým projevem. Jako multiinstrumentalista a skladatel propojuje folk, klasiku a jazz do osobité hudební vize. Jeho debutové album With Eliza (2022) sklidilo nadšené ohlasy a singl To Be Lost, To Be Found (2024) si připsal přes 120 000 přehrání na Spotify. Jako zkušený performer koncertoval po USA i Evropě a opakovaně vystoupil na vídeňském TEDx. V roce 2025 vydá EP YOU DON’T GET TO SEE ME WHEN I’M GRIEVING a vyrazí na turné po Rakousku, Německu, Česku, Maďarsku a Slovensku, v rámci něhož se zastaví právě v Café V lese.

Bára Zmeková Biography
Bára Zmeková is a singer-songwriter and pianist from Prague and one of the most original female voices of the Czech music scene. Her music is a blend of folk, jazz and classical spiced with a bit of electronica and coloured by unique instrumentation. Fragile nature of her songs is balanced by humor and playfulness and she swaps piano and synths fluently on stage. Singing her songs mainly in Czech she has the ability to take her audience for a soul trip even though they don’t understand the lyrics.

In 2013, she won the Czech songwriting competition 1BAND2PLAY and released her debut album Jeste Kousek. She got to the top of Czech radios music charts with her second album Lunaves and got nominated for Czech Music Academy Award as Discover of the Year and Solo interpreter. She won both - the Professionals and Audience Award at the international showcase festival Czech Music Crossroads. She was part of WOMEX 2020 official selection. In 2022 she released a live album Live at Gong recorded at one of the biggest Czech festivals Colors of Ostrava. She visits major festivals and jazz clubs in Czech and abroad. She plays solo sets or with her band of the top Czech and Slovak jazz musicians.
