FREE OUTDOOR CONCERT Festival dates: 26th to 29th of August Outdoor performance on 29th August Afternoon ABOUT THE BAND: The Benoit Viellefon HOT CLUB plays 1930-1940's music like it was played in the infamous clubs of Paris and St Germains-des-prés during the "Zazou" era. The music is both incredibly elegant and uplifting. The band is based on Django Reinhard's Hot Club de France, with vocals, two guitars, double bass, and violin, clarinet / sax, trumpet, sometimes piano. Their repertoire consists of jazz and swing standards with French classics, Eastern European folk songs and furious Gypsy Jazz numbers.
