PLAY DEAD

No punk band conjures up scenes of carnage on the floors of venues like teenage trio PLAY DEAD, having notched high praise early on from Steve Lamacq for their nihilistic, Blur-like tales of societal woe and teenage angst in their songwriting.

Despite still only being 19, the band recently released their third EP, Fly On The Wall, which received support from various DJs at 6 Music, Radio X, BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio playlist, Far Out, God Is In The TV and Dansende Beren, as well as widespread editorial support at Spotify and Apple Music.

The band's live reputation has been building rapidly following a recently sold out London headline at Peckham Audio, multiple European festival appearances, sold out shows in various European cities, as well as support slots with the likes of HotWax, Snayx and snake eyes.
