untitled (halo)

Los Angeles-based trio untitled (halo) is composed of Jack Dione, Jay Are, and Ari Mamnoon.
Known individually for their sonic, visual, literary, and film contributions, untitled (halo) come
together to create a unique sound inspired by and for the hazy culture of Southern California.

Their debut single, ‘el prado freestyle’, examines the level of pastiche of living/working/dating in
this city and was organically picked up by the likes of Pitchfork Founder Ryan Schreiber, cult
independent radio NTS, and Travis Mills to name a few. Their upcoming debut EP co-produced
with Tchad Cousins (Urika’s Bedroom) is visceral, gritty, and sentimental. untitled (halo)
ultimately captures the dewy-eyed feelings of young adulthood and the resignation in denying
extreme emotion.
