STRIPE Biography
Hailing from a whirlwind of global experiences, Luca Strijp, known as STRIPE, weaves his eclectic journey into his music. The Dutch artist was born in Buenos Aires but raised worldwide, moving to Panama, The Czech Republic, Russia, and Mexico. Now based in Amsterdam, his multicultural upbringing infuses a rich tapestry of influences into his sound.
Luca's talent has garnered attention on notable stages, including two electrifying performances at the prestigious Pa'l Norte festival in Mexico. Most recently, he captivated audiences as the opening act for Kota The Friend at the iconic Melkweg venue, a milestone achievement reflecting his growing prominence in the Dutch music scene.
With a unique blend of cultural influences and a passion for storytelling, Luca invites listeners on a journey through his sonic landscape, where each note is a testament to the universality of music and the power of shared experiences.
