San Demas Biography
San Demas are a melodic post hardcore band inspired by the likes of Paramore, Saosin, The Used and Plini.
Founders and songwriters Rich McKee and Josh McKee have been writing together since 2005 and played alongside bands such as Young Guns, Kids in Glass Houses, Canterbury, Bury Tomorrow, You Me at Six, and more. They have refined their sound with soaring riffs, anthemic choruses, and emotive breakdowns. ‘Our sole purpose is to connect with people and try to write something sincerely heartfelt and vulnerable...we are more excited than ever about the music we have written.’
Their debut release ‘Wait & Wonder’ (produced by Justin Hill - Architects, Bury Tomorrow, Young Guns, Hacktivist, Sikth), drops 17th December 2021 and will kick-start a quarterly release schedule throughout 2022.
With upcoming support slots for Kill the Ideal and This Dying Hour as well as many more performance opportunities nationwide, this truly is just the beginning of something truly special for San Demas who have high hopes for 2022.
