ZEROBASEONE Biography
ZEROBASEONE, also known by its abbreviation “ZB1”, represents the “journey of nine trainees to be completed as one after their debut” and implies the members’ dedication to their fans through the group’s journey from zero to one, the start to the end.
The group’s success story begins from ‘BOYS PLANET’, where out of 98 contestants, only the top nine with the highest number of votes could win the chance to debut as a new boy group. The nine members who came out on top are: SUNG HAN BIN, KIM JI WOONG, ZHANG HAO, SEOK MATTHEW, KIM TAE RAE, RICKY, KIM GYU VIN, PARK GUN WOOK, HAN YU JIN.
ZEROBASEONE made their official debut with the first mini album “YOUTH IN THE SHADE” in July 2023, just three months after the conclusion of ‘BOYS PLANET’.
