Strawberry Jealous Biography
Sprouting from the rich musical soil of Northern California, Strawberry Jealous’ irresistible mix of juicy rock and indie-pop weirdness is fresh off the vine.
The Bay Area six piece first convened in late 2022 when members of several bands (Full Refund, Honor Among Thieves, 3Fecta) came together for a performance at an ongoing Bay Area Jam. Nearly two years on, the band has continued writing, rehearsing, and performing together, honing their tight musicianship and eclectic, genre-defying sound. Often lighthearted, sometimes sincere, the band's clever originals cast an askew perspective on everything from relationships to conspiracies, obscene wealth, carshare romance, and of course, Thai food.
Genres: Indie Rock, Alternative, Pop, Jazz
Sound: Offbeat, genre-bending original indie pop-rock with a lighthearted vibe, witty lyricism and tight songcraft.
