Re-experience one of your American Idol favorites as Season 10 mainstay Casey Abrams brings his upright bass and mesmerizing musical chops to Judson’s Live along with his friends Dylan Chambers and Hunter. American Idol finalist and Postmodern Jukebox alum Casey Abrams blends every type of music from blues to jazz to soul to rock to Americana to pop to classical. As the most commercially known upright bass player in music, Casey has released five albums and two extended plays. Casey’s debut album hit number one on Billboard’s Heat Seekers chart and spawned two top-25 Billboard singles. In touring, Casey has performed at legendary venues include Sydney Opera House, London’s O2 Arena, Radio City Music Hall, Red Rock Amphitheater, Paris’ L’Olympia, The Hollywood Bowl, Epcot Center at Walt Disney World and Carnegie Hall with New Orleans Jazz Orchestra. Casey has also become a social media star. He has nearly 500,000 followers on Instagram, over 200,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and an astounding 800,000,000 views on his YouTube videos.

Casey Abrams Biography
Casey Abrams came from the small mountain town of Idyllwild, where he studied jazz and music at the local, well established high school, Idyllwild Arts. He learned upright bass and piano from jazz legend Marshal Hawkins, who played with Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock and more. He presented Casey with the Sam Karam award for outstanding musical ability in '09.
Casey Abrams made it to 6th place on American Idol, season 10, 2011.
He performed with Jack Black on the American Idol Finale. He would later go on to sing on Jack's live jazz show at the Catalina Club in Hollywood. After the show ended, he and the top 11 of that season would go onto a 3 month international tour to sold out arenas.
After his international television debut, he was signed to Concord records, releasing his self titled album which got him #1 in Billboard's Heatseakers in 2012. This album was produced by Randy Jackson, Steve Jordan and Martin Terefe. He went on to tour with this album across the United States.
He released a big Christmas hit with his fellow contestant, Haley Reinhart singing "Baby It's Cold Outside" in 2012.
In 2014, he met Scott Bradlee, who started the hit youtube band "Postmodern Jukebox" He would star in many videos and songs that would get millions of views. He would later go on to be one of the singers and host the show in many of their international tours. He still works with them to this day, earning more than 100 million views on youtube.
He played Piano on Haley Reinhart's hit song for an Extra Gum commercial that went viral giving her a gold record for "I Can't Help Falling In Love With You" in 2017.
He sang and played bass on Aubrey Logan's 2019 album "Where the Sunshine is Expensive", earning her #1 in Bilboard's Contemporary Jazz Album.
He put out 2 albums with Chesky Records "Put a Spell On You" and "Jazz", landing at #3 on Billboard's Contemporary Jazz Albums Chart and #5 on Billboard's overall Jazz Albums in 2018
He sang "Eve of Destruction" with Cyndi Lauper in 2020 under Chesky Records.
He sang on Taylor Eigsti's Grammy award winning album "Tree Falls" that won best contemporary instrumental album of 2022.
His videos with artist, Stefano, that went viral in 2023 has had over 30 million views on Instagram and Tik Tok and has released an EP to accompany the visuals.
