Skillfully blending indie pop, electronica, and trip-hop influences, J.NUNN, aka Justine Tornay, singer and trumpet player, evokes memories of Portishead, Massive Attack, and the more recent electro textures of Berlin’s Moderat and Apparat. However, two elements stand out immediately in her music, revealing her strong individuality: the artist's unique voice and her inventive incorporation of the flugelhorn.

In October 2023, J.NUNN released her debut EP Shadow of Nunn under the Blizzard Audio Club label, co-produced by Sacha Dumais, and later remixed by Arthur Hnatek and nn_a_n_y. The tracks on the EP highlight the diversity and originality that the artist offers throughout the work. The combination of electronic instruments, distinctive textures, and mystical atmospheres results in a subtle blend, perfect for repeated listening – whether in the comfort of your headphones or in a live setting.
