Born of restlessness in the mind of Garst member Roman Constantino, Velvet Velvet seeks to write the best songs possible. Lyrics highlight themes of irony and power, which are not mutually exclusive in the eyes of Constantino. Backed by fellow Garst member Cannon Dunwoody, along with The Ivory Claws members Dominic Bazer and Jordan Opere, Velvet Velvet plays regional and national shows for those willing to listen to a catalogue of Freak Folk and Pop-Rock that leaves the taste of revolution in one's mouth.
