D.O.A. Biography
D.O.A. are an influential 80s hardcore punk band from Vancouver, Canada formed after the disbanding of The Skulls. They gained a notorious reputation for their stage shows and independent attitude toward music. They continue to tour and record, with vocalist/guitarist Joey "Shithead" Keithley being the only constant member throughout their decades of work.
They are the first band that used the word "hardcore", as one of their albums' titles.
