Thursday, July 28th at 6 PM CDT. David G Smith in Concert at The Depot Deli, 101 N Railroad St, Shenendoah, IA Owner, Bill Hillman has been supporting original music forever! This show is in Shenendoah, Iowa home of the Everly Brothers. Their boyhood home sits across the street from The Depot. You can sit at The Depot and feel the Wake Up Little Susie vibes that emanate from the little white, non-assuming, two room house where the boys lived when they got their musical start on the local KMA radio station that is still in operation. If you wanna go back even further than the E Bros, Shenendoah is where Earl May started up his garden supply operation in 1919. But that's another story. I'll be playing two sets beginning at 6p CDT.
