Voted Rolling Stone's best new artist of 1978, their debut album sold 6 million copies and appeared on the Billboard 200 chart for 139 weeks. With US sales of their music over 23 million and 13 Top 40 hits, you are sure to know every song! Panorama is five talented musicians from the Boston metro area dedicated to skillfully recreating the arrangements with passion and accuracy, performing songs that transport you back to a time when spinning LPs ruled the airwaves and new wave rock music shook the concert halls. Panorama meticulously performs all the CARS classic hits like "Drive", "My Best Friend's Girlfriend", "Magic", "You Might Think", "Moving In Stereo", "Shake It Up", and many more. The CARS were an American rock band formed in Boston in 1976. Emerging from the new wave scene in the late 1970s, the line-up consisted of singer, rhythm guitarist, and songwriter Ric Ocasek; bassist and singer Benjamin Orr; lead guitarist Elliot Easton; keyboardist Greg Hawkes; and drummer David Robinson. In 2018 The CARS were inducted into the Hall of Fame. Their music has inspired countless musicians and will live on for generations to come. 4RPlay The music of Boston, led by the incredible vocals of Brad Delp, ruled the airwaves during the late 70’s and beyond.
