The Limns Biography
With a focus on keeping the audience engaged, smiling, and dancing, The Limns continually work at expanding their sound and pushing the boundaries of their limitations. With two EP's and a full length album under their belt, The Limns are continuing to make new music.
"Fall into Peace", the bands second full length album, is now available. A bit of a transformation for the band, the album's theme reflects on existential issues; asking questions, and conjuring meaning. The album is seen as a chance to create something new, rather than to recreate the energy of a live show. The album is a heartfelt testimony to the bands growth as writers, musicians, and individuals.
The art of recording is a task The Limns don't take lightly. They continue to produce their own music and have been making strides with every new release.
They've played South By Southwest, and 10,000 Lakes Music Festival. They've shared bills with national acts including The Flaming Lips, Matisyahu, and Digital Underground.
