Cherry Blonde is an Ohio rock cover band performing pop/rock hits from the1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and today! The band is available for live entertainment performances at fairs, festivals, restaurants, bars, night clubs, wedding receptions, and corporate events. throughout the Midwest. Cherry Blonde was formed in January 2012 with the vision of being one of the Midwest's BEST next generation cover bands! We specialize in the music of both Generation X - and Millenials with unique covers of classic favorites and current hits. Cherry Blonde first performed live at a private party for 50 close friends and family members in June 2012 and have experienced tremendous success in their short time together. The band has opened/shared the stage with a host of established industry professionals such as The Ohio Express, Eliot Lewis of Hall & Oates, Bobaflex, Phil Dirt & the Dozers, Wanted - The Bon Jovi Tribute Band, The Menus, and many others. Cherry Blonde has performed throughout the Ohio River valley at some of the best music venues in the state and beyond, including: Froggys Resort at Indian Lake, Moosestock at the Celina Moose, Newport on the Levee; Fenders, King Ave Five, Skully's Music Diner, The Three Legged Mare, and The Bluestone in Columbus; Benny's Pizza in Marysville; and the main stage of festivals such as the Bucyrus Bratwurst Festival, the Marion Popcorn Festival, The Allen County Fair, Mercer County Ribfest, GOBA Festival, and the historic Palace Theater in Marion, OH.
