About this concert
Welcome to UTV Takeover - The largest offroad event in the country! Where is Umpqua Dunes RV Park located? Area 21, Umpqua Dunes RV Park, is located just east of Triangle Road along the water.  How much are the Umpqua Dunes RV Park passes? Each pass is $550 - $650. Cabin passes are $1000 - $1200. How many days are the Umpqua Dunes RV Park passes good for? Each camping pass is good for six days and five nights starting at noon on Tuesday, August 5th and ending at noon on Sunday, August 10th, 2025. How can I purchase Umpqua Dunes RV Park passes? Camping passes can be pre-purchased through our website by using the link on this page. If campsites do not sell out before the event, passes can be purchased at the entry gate when you arrive. Traditionally, these campsites sell out quickly once available for sale. Does my Umpqua Dunes RV Park camping pass purchase include any event entry wristbands? No. Camping passes and wristbands are sold separately. We did this to keep the cost as cheap as possible and wanted to make sure each participant only had to purchase what they needed. How can I purchase event entry wristbands? You can pre-purchase wristbands through the website for $50 or purchase them at the gate. We recommend purchasing them through the website to help reduce wait times at the gate.   Do I need event entry wristbands to access my camping spot? Yes. Please be aware that everyone in your vehicle will need wristbands to get through the entry gate to access your camping spot. These wristbands may be pre-purchased through our website for $50 each or obtained at the entry gate during the event. Kids 12 and under are always free!  When can I check in to my campsite? The event starts at 9 am on Wednesday, but you can check in starting Tuesday, August 5th at 12 pm PST (noon). Unlike previous years, there is NO additional fee to set up camp on Tuesday after noon! When do I need to check out? All participants are asked to clean their sites and firepits and check out by 12 pm PST (noon) on Sunday, August 10th.  Is there a charge for extra vehicles or trailers in Area 21? There are no additional charges for extra vehicles or trailers within Umpqua Dunes RV Park. However, all vehicles, offroad vehicles, and equipment must fit within your reserved space. There will be no overflow or overnight parking available.  Will a dozer be available? Dozers are not required in this area. Area 21 is an existing campground with a paved surface. Do I need a flag on my vehicle when within Umpqua Dunes RV Park? No flags or additional ORV tags are required on your vehicles to access campsites in Area 21. Flags and ORV tags are required only when you enter the dunes. How do I access my Umpqua Dunes RV Park campsite? Area 21 can be accessed from Salmon Harbor Drive. Does my Umpqua Dunes RV Park campsite have utilities? Yes. This area includes sixty-two (62) full hookup campsites, three (3) group non-hookup campsites and five (5) cabins. There are no dump locations for gray or black water in this campground. Gray water is not permitted to be dumped on the pavement or in the grass. If you need your tanks serviced during the event, please call Roto-Rooter at (541) 290-0775. They will be camped on the sand and would be happy to service your trailer for a small fee. Are campfires allowed in this area? Campfires are allowed in the campground. Participants must use the fire rings supplied within each campsite. Participants are required to follow all County and local rules concerning safe campfire operations. This includes temporary burn bans that may be in effect during the event. Glass bottles and pallets are not allowed in the camping area or in the firepits. Any trash, debris and unused firewood remaining at the end of the event must be taken with you when you leave. Please help us leave the campgrounds better than we found them! Are there dumpsters in this area? Area 21 is an existing campground and has multiple dumpster locations throughout the campground. We ask that all participants help keep the dunes clean by using these dumpsters during the event. Are there restrooms/showers in this area? Area 21 is an existing campground with restrooms and showers throughout the campground.  Is there a Campground Host in this area? Area 21 will have a full-time host. Feel free to swing by and say hi as they are there to help and answer any questions you may have.
