Minor Soul

Minor Soul are an acoustic-pop group formed by two brothers, Jack and Max Wagner. Born in London and raised in Hong Kong, Jack and Max write songs about urban life that combine a strong lyrical and melodic structure with harmonies that have prompted some of their fans to describe them as Generation Y’s answer to Simon and Garfunkel. Discovered in 2011 by Eurythmics founder Dave Stewart, who produced their first recordings in Los Angeles, Minor Soul are now based in New York and have built up a unique fan base – the Minor Souldiers – that is spreading to all corners of the world. After the video of their first single, “Beneath My Skin”, produced by Dave Stewart, gained a big following on social media, Minor Soul recorded “Streets of New York” with Grammy award winner Toby Gad in 2012. Both songs were included on Minor Soul’s debut album “Home Is Where You Are” released in March 2013. Their second album “Tiger” was issued in October 2014 and contains the singles “Charlie Chaplin” and “Nothing At All”. Minor Soul perform regularly in New York.
