The Gardener

Grey Gardener is a Canadian singer/songwriter living in Vancouver. Currently he is recording his first 4 track EP while simultaneously performing and recording with local band "Brand" on the bass guitar. "Utilizing wistful self-analysis and heady romanticism, Gardener sings simple yet subtle songs layered with melodic meanderings" Gardener has performed at the ArtsWells Festival in 2010 & 2011 as a vocalist and percussionist in the band "Exes & Allies" and in 2012 & 2013 as a solo artist playing acoustic guitar, mandolin and keyboard. Creating simple yet soulful songs, Grey blends melancholy and optimism into an interesting tonic aimed at ones heartstrings. Utilizing wistful self-analysis and heady romanticism, Gardener sings simple yet subtle songs layered with melodic meanderings.
