Third Try

Third Try is an Alternative Rock band from the Fort Worth Texas area.

Third Try’s drummer and lead vocalist Christian Spivey and Third Try’s lead guitarist Fernando Jauregui originally met in high school. After high school, the two later started making music with a couple other friends. This led to the project and group known as Third Try.

Third Try’s music embarks upon multiple genres. With the collision of each players style, the meshing of genres like Rock, Reggae, Hip-Hop, Punk, and Blues are part of what make Third Try so unique.

The band’s unique debut EP “Third Try”(self-titled) was recorded and produced all at home using an iPhone/iRig setup to capture the raw-esque and unique vibe that could only be related to that point in time. The two later began performances around the Fort Worth Texas area with front man Christian Spivey’s dad, Christopher Spivey on drums who helps by keeping the energy of the band alive as a whole.
